Hi, I’m David, the designer behind Elevate 11:11.
I’ve always loved designing, and using that to bring ideas to life. What I kept coming back to was a specific kind of idea: tools that are genuinely nice to look at and actually work. Most planning templates are one or the other. They’re either beautiful and useless, or functional and depressing to open.
Elevate 11:11 is my attempt at both.
What we make
Everything here starts with a real task, ritual, or decision. A weekly shop that keeps going sideways. A rental property whose numbers live in four places. A business whose bookkeeping is technically a shoebox. A wall that could be holding a reminder instead of nothing.
The collection covers four areas:
- Plan – daily and weekly planners, to-do lists, and meal planners that make the next step visible.
- Track – budget planners, expense trackers, wedding budgets, and rental income tools.
- Build – bookkeeping, inventory, and business spreadsheets for the admin side of running something small.
- Elevate – printable wall art for keeping your intent somewhere you’ll actually see it.
All of it is instant digital download, sold through our Etsy shop, which has been open since 2025.
Why we write the guides
A template is only half of it. Handing someone a budget spreadsheet without explaining how to actually run a budget is how you end up with a beautifully formatted file nobody opens twice.
So this site is where the other half lives: practical how-to guides on budgeting, meal planning, habit tracking, and small-business bookkeeping. They’re written to be useful on their own. Every method here can be done with a notebook and a pen, and where that’s true, we say so. If one of our templates saves you the setup work, great – but the guide should stand up without it.
We tell you plainly when something we link to makes us money. That’s covered in full on our disclosure page.
About the name
11:11 is the moment people tend to look up and notice. A number that shows up when you happen to check the clock, and for a second pulls you out of autopilot.
That’s the whole idea behind this shop. Not magic – attention. A clear page, a visible number, a reminder on the wall: small things that interrupt the drift and put you back in the driver’s seat. A blank page can be intimidating. A thoughtful one is an invitation to begin.
Where we are
Elevate 11:11 is a small independent design shop based in Canada. There’s no team behind the “we” – it’s me, David, designing everything and writing everything you read here.

I read every message. The fastest way to reach me is the Contact shop owner button on the Etsy shop:

If there’s a planner or tracker you wish existed, tell me. A good number of the listings in the shop started as somebody’s request.
