Questions, problems with a download, or an idea for a planner that doesn’t exist yet – all of it is welcome. Messages come straight to David, and every one gets a reply.
The fastest way to reach us
Use the Contact shop owner button on our Etsy shop. It opens a direct message to us, and because it’s tied to Etsy it also means we can see your order if your question is about a file you’ve already bought.
We usually reply within one business day.
What to include
You’ll get a faster, more useful answer if you mention:
- Problem with a download – the listing name and what happened when you opened the file (an error, blank pages, wrong format).
- Question about a template – what you’re trying to track, and whether you’re using Google Sheets, Excel, or printing it.
- Custom or wholesale request – roughly what you need and when you need it.
- Something on this site – the page you were reading and what was wrong or unclear.
Common questions
My file won’t download. Downloads unlock as soon as Etsy confirms payment, and live under You → Purchases and reviews in your Etsy account. If it’s still not there, message us and we’ll send it directly.
Can I get a refund? Because every product is an instant digital download, cancellations aren’t accepted and files can’t be returned once downloaded. But if a file is damaged, won’t open, or isn’t what the listing described, contact us and we’ll fix it or refund it. Full details are on our Terms of Use page.
Can I use these for my business? Yes. Our templates are licensed for personal use or for use inside your own business. They’re not licensed for resale or redistribution.
Do you take requests? Yes, and we mean it. A good number of the listings in the shop started as a customer’s request.
Working with us
For press, collaborations, or anything commercial, message us through Etsy with “Business enquiry” in the first line and we’ll take it from there.
